Pandora Online Store Hong Kong only ship to addresses within Hong Kong & Macau including outlying islands (except PO Box addresses, Crooked Island (Kat O), Grass Island, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Po Toi, Ta Kwu Ling, Tung Lung Chau, Tung Ping Chau, closed areas in airport, Sha Tau Kok and Lok Ma Chau). For deliveries outside of Hong Kong & Macau, please select the relevant country at the bottom of the website to check our official online store location.
In normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 1-2 days after placed. Nevertheless, we endeavor to ship our orders as soon as we can whenever possible.

All orders placed after 12n.n will be processed on the next day.
The estimated order arrival time only applies to usual days. It may take 2-3 extra working days to arrange for delivery during Sale Promotion, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery time and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners and weather disturbances. Pandora carries no liability in these cases and recommends that orders are placed as early as possible.
All jewellery purchased from Pandora Online Store is delivered in an exclusive Pandora gift box. Pandora logo on our shopping bag is beautifully printed with shiny plastic material. If you would like a shopping bag, you may add the quantity in checkout at a cost of $1 each in compliant to the “Environmental Levy Scheme on Plastic Shopping Bags” levied by government.
If you would like additional personalized gift note card, Your card will be printed on quality light pink cardstock, placed in a pink envelope and placed inside the box with your purchased items. If you prefer a blank gift card, please type “blank gift card” in the specific text box.
When you order more than one jewellery and require individual gift box for each item, you could make the request to our Customer Support via phone, email or live chat once the order is placed. Please be reminded that we are unable to offer additional gift boxes once the order has been passed to the courier.
Under normal circumstance and without special request made to us, we may pack more than one jewellery item in one gift box where it is appropriate. Regrettably, we will not ship additional gift box(es) after your order has been delivered, nonetheless, you are welcome to collect extra gift box at any of our stores upon prior arrangement with our Customer Support.
Track your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website. Please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status until the day when you received your tracking number.
Our orders are sent via courier service provided by SF Express depends on the area and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then the parcel will be returned to the depot. The courier may contact you over the phone to arrange a re-delivery or pick up at depot at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the depot on the next 1-2 business days from the first delivery attempt.
Self-pickup Service – S.F. Stores and S.F. Express Service Centres
Self-pickup service at S.F. Stores and S.F. Express Service Centres is available upon selection in checkout page. You will receive SMS or phone notification from S.F. Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point. You can pick up the parcel at S.F. Stores or Service Centres upon verification. Please present SMS notification to the S.F. Service Points representative for parcels self-pickup at S.F. Service Points.

The shipping cost is $50 per order regardless of the number of items in the order. Free delivery will be applied automatically to your order in checkout when the purchase amount is over HK$500.
