Caring for your Jewelry

Use the cleaning kit: Make sure to remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or sleeping to prevent damage. Remember that exposure to cosmetics and other chemicals may cause tarnishing.
Store it in a jewelry box or pouch: Keeping your jewelry dry and dust-free will help maintain it’s shine. It is also a good idea to separate different pieces of jewelry from one another to prevent scratches.
Prevent it from getting damaged: If you wear your jewelry every day, it’s a good idea to clean it using the Care Kit every two weeks. We also recommend you bring your Jewelry back into a Pandora store once a year to be checked.

Easy exchange or returns in 14 days

Exchange or Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Pandora Online Store (excluding sale items, discounted sets A001, A002_C, A003, gift box and jewellery box), we offer an one-off return and give you a full refund (except the shipping cost), or exchange for the same item in another size. For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products.

You have to notify us within 14 days from the date of order arrival for processing the refund of the item. Therefore, you are suggested to contact our Customer Support about your return as soon as received the order.

All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at our appointed addresses. All items must be returned in resalable condition in original packaging and exchanged only one time per receipt. Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Please note that return can only be processed through Pandora Online Store. No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotional items. We currently do not process exchange for a different product.

In normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 1-2 days after placed. Nevertheless, we endeavor to ship our orders as soon as we can whenever possible.

Remarks: Delivery to remote areas or outlying islands may require 1-2 additional working days where Macau 2-3 days.

Please note that we will process the orders on Mondays to Fridays except Weekends and Public Holidays.
All orders placed after 12n.n will be processed on the next day. It may take 2-3 extra working days to arrange for delivery during Sale Promotion, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
