Our response to COVID-19
For Pandora, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the Government and relevant health authorities.
To keep our customers, staff and communities safe, we have implemented the following measures in our retail stores:
- Temperature checks of all staff at the start of each day
- All customers and staff in the stores are required to wear a mask as a health precaution
- Hand sanitizer is available in each store for our customers and staff to sanitize frequently
Our operating hours vary from store to store. For the operating hours of each store, please refer to our store locator. Please refer to our Store Locator page for the most up-to-date store information. To limit the number of persons within the stores and ensure a safe distance between everyone, we have reduced the number of staff serving each store. Hence, we greatly appreciate your patience during this time should the waiting time to be served takes longer than usual.
We continue to welcome customers online at pandora.net, on our social and email channels where we will keep bringing you style and inspiration to brighten your day.
For your reassurance as a customer, extra precautions are taken in the e-commerce order packing processes. Staff have their body temperature measured and hands sanitized thoroughly before starting of the packing work. Surgical masks are worn by the staff throughout the process.
As always, we offer a one-off free return/refund (except the shipping cost), or exchange for the same item in another size for all full-price e-commerce purchases, within 14 days from the order receipt.
